Join Tanya online every night, Monday to Thursday, for the week of June 1-4, at 9:30 p.m. for 20 dedicated minutes of meditation.

Rest begins long before we fall asleep.


My Nightly Practice provides a gentle way to transition from the activity of the day into the quiet of the evening. Through regular meditation practice, we cultivate the ability to settle the mind, regulate the nervous system, and prepare for rest.


Practicing together each evening helps transform intention into habit, creating a simple bedtime ritual that supports wellbeing one day at a time.


Register one week at a time for Virtual Community Practice via Zoom.

$8 per week ($2 per day) + HST
