Student Wellness Programs

Program Description
Kids Practicing Yoga

Mindful movement, arts, and rhythm-based workshops that help children and youth develop self-awareness, focus, and emotional regulation — all while having fun.

 

Each session includes age-appropriate exercises that support calming the mind and energizing the body.

Choose from the following themes:

  • Yoga and Mindfulness

  • Mindfulness & Meditation (High School only)

  • Mindfulness Arts and Crafts

  • Rhythmic Re-framing: Mindfulness, Teamwork, and African Drumming

  • Decorate and Play Your Own Frame Drum (includes take-home drum)

 

Audience: Grades K–6, 7–8, and High School


Duration: 45–60 minutes
