Join Tanya online, every night Monday to Friday for the week of May 13-17 at 10pm for 20 dedicated minutes of meditation.

Creating a consistent sleep schedule begins with creating a bedtime routine that prepares you for optimal rest and sleep.
My Nightly Practice provides all the powerful benefits of a regular meditation practice, and serves as a final activity before bed to ensure you get the sleep you need.
Register one week at a time for Virtual Community Practice via Zoom. $10 per week ($2 per day!) + HST. Please make payment via e-transfer to tanya@theinnerspace.ca prior to the start of the week.
