Yoga, Meditation, Drumming, and Wellness Programs are designed to support and enhance overall health and well-being of the body, mind, and emotions. Through practices such as movement, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, rhythm, drumming, sound, and creative expression, participants are invited to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, connection, and inner calm.
These programs may also help improve strength, flexibility, focus, emotional regulation, creativity, communication, and a sense of belonging. Under normal circumstances, none of the activities or practices offered should cause difficulty to your health. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, honour their personal limits, and participate at a level that feels appropriate for them.
