Kids Yoga Adventures

(Ages 8-11)

Kid’s Yoga Adventures is a fun and creative way to practice yoga while learning life skills. The program is especially designed as a playful adventure story or game with a different theme each class. The kids practice yoga poses within the story or game structure and are encouraged to approach various joys and challenges with curiosity, inquiry, positive thought and clear communication.

Give your child the opportunity to develop physical awareness and control, mental focus, and tools for the safe release of tension and excess emotional energy in the body! Proper breathing is also introduced in the class to develop tools for calming the mind and regulating their energy, along with a short guided relaxation at the end of each class. This program is so fantastic that parents will wish they were kids again!

Every yoga session as well as encounters in public remind me of the true meaning of my life. She has taught me to look beyond and focus on what things mean and what their purpose is. Tanya has been a big help to me, as well as the rest of my family in times of need, and is always calming and reassuring."
